What are cookies?

How do I enable cookies?

  • For Internet Explorer 6+: On the top menu bar, go to Tools >> Internet Options. Choose the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider to "Medium" (this is the default level). Click OK.
  • For Netscape 7+: On the top menu bar, go to Edit >> Preferences. On the left, click the arrow next to "Privacy & Security". Choose "Cookies" from the expanded list. On the right, select "Enable cookies for the originating website only." Click OK.

Do I have to use cookies?
No, but you will not be able to take advantage of several SOF Online features, including the ability to request data online, as described above.
